Adzon.in provides an online platform where users may create advertisements/listings and communicate with other users regarding the listed products or services.
Adzon.in is a platform/intermediary and facilitator. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Adzon.in is not the seller, buyer, manufacturer, owner, agent or representative of products listed by users.
Buyer and Seller Responsibility
Every buyer and seller is solely responsible for making their own decisions and conducting appropriate verification before entering into any transaction.
Buyers should independently verify the identity of the seller, ownership, condition, quality, authenticity, price, documents, availability and legality of the product before making any payment or commitment.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements, descriptions, photographs, prices, documents and other information provided on Adzon.in.
Transactions
Any transaction, negotiation, payment, delivery, collection, warranty, guarantee, return, refund, ownership transfer or other arrangement between a buyer and seller is made at their own discretion and risk.
Adzon.in does not guarantee the completion, quality, safety, legality or performance of any transaction between users, except to the extent expressly required by applicable law.

Adzon.in एक platform/intermediary और facilitator के रूप में कार्य करता है। जब तक किसी विशेष service में स्पष्ट रूप से अलग न बताया गया हो, Adzon.in किसी user द्वारा listed product का seller, buyer, manufacturer, owner, agent या representative नहीं है।
Buyer और Seller की जिम्मेदारी
हर buyer और seller अपने निर्णय और transaction के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार है।
Buyer को किसी भी payment या transaction से पहले seller की पहचान, product की ownership, condition, quality, authenticity, price, documents, availability और legality की उचित जांच स्वयं करनी चाहिए।
Seller अपनी advertisement, description, photographs, price, documents और दी गई अन्य जानकारी की सत्यता एवं legality के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार है।
Transaction
Buyer और seller के बीच होने वाली negotiation, payment, delivery, collection, warranty, guarantee, return, refund, ownership transfer या किसी अन्य arrangement की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित buyer और seller की होगी।
Adzon.in किसी transaction की completion, quality, safety, legality या performance की guarantee नहीं देता, सिवाय उस सीमा तक जहाँ applicable law के तहत ऐसी जिम्मेदारी अनिवार्य हो।
