1. About Adzon
Adzon.in is an online classified advertisement listing platform operating under the brand name “Adzon – Advertisement Listing.”
Adzon provides users with a digital platform to publish advertisements/listings for permitted goods and services.
Adzon is only a listing/advertising platform. Adzon does not become the seller, buyer, owner, manufacturer, dealer, broker or agent of any goods or services merely because an advertisement is published on the Platform.
2. Paid Advertisement Service
Adzon may charge users/advertisers a fee for publishing, promoting, highlighting, renewing or otherwise providing advertisement/listing services.
The applicable fee will be displayed before the relevant paid service is confirmed.
The fee paid to Adzon is a fee for the advertising/listing service and is not the purchase price of the goods or services advertised.
3. No General Verification
Adzon does not generally independently verify every advertiser, seller, product, service, ownership, document, photograph, price, quality, condition or statement appearing in an advertisement.
Publication of an advertisement does not mean that Adzon has verified, certified, approved, endorsed or guaranteed the advertiser, product, service or information.
4. Advertiser/Seller Responsibility
The advertiser/seller is responsible for:
- the accuracy of the advertisement;
- ownership or lawful authority to advertise;
- product/service description;
- photographs and videos;
- price;
- authenticity;
- condition;
- availability;
- required documents/licences/permissions; and
- compliance with applicable law.
5. Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
Buyers should independently verify the seller's identity, ownership, documents, authenticity, condition, registration, price, liabilities and legality wherever applicable.
6. Buyer-Seller Transaction
Any sale, purchase or other transaction arising from an advertisement is directly between the buyer and seller.
Adzon is not a party to the underlying transaction unless Adzon expressly provides a separate service stating otherwise.
Payment, delivery, inspection, possession, registration, ownership transfer, warranty, return, refund and other transaction terms are the responsibility of the buyer and seller.
7. Adzon Does Not Handle Transaction Money
Unless Adzon expressly introduces a separate payment or escrow service, Adzon does not collect, hold or settle the purchase price between buyers and sellers.
8. No Transaction Guarantee
Adzon does not guarantee:
- that an item will be sold;
- that a buyer will make payment;
- that a seller will deliver an item;
- that an advertisement is accurate;
- that an item is genuine or defect-free;
- that ownership will be transferred; or
- that a transaction will be completed successfully.
9. Prohibited or Unlawful Content
Users must not use Adzon for unlawful, fraudulent, stolen, counterfeit or otherwise prohibited goods/services or activities.
Adzon may remove or restrict advertisements or accounts where required or permitted by applicable law or Platform policies.
10. Complaints and Removal
Users may report suspected fraud, unlawful content, misleading advertisements or other violations to:

Adzon may review complaints and take appropriate action according to applicable law and Platform policies.
11. Cooperation With Authorities
Where required or permitted by applicable law, Adzon may preserve or provide relevant information to competent authorities, courts or law-enforcement agencies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adzon shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from transactions independently entered into between users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Changes
Adzon may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on Adzon.in.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.

ADZON IS AN ADVERTISEMENT LISTING PLATFORM AND IS NOT A PARTY TO THE UNDERLYING TRANSACTION BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER.
Adzon पर advertisement publish होने का अर्थ product, seller, ownership, quality, authenticity, condition या transaction की verification अथवा guarantee नहीं है।
Buyer और seller अपनी transaction से पहले आवश्यक verification और due diligence के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार हैं, subject to applicable law.
