1. Acceptance of Terms
English:
By accessing, browsing, registering on or using Adzon.in, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them and by applicable laws.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Adzon.in.

Adzon.in को access, browse, register या use करने पर आप स्वीकार करते हैं कि आपने इन Terms को पढ़ और समझ लिया है तथा इन Terms और लागू कानूनों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत हैं।
यदि आप इन Terms से सहमत नहीं हैं, तो Adzon.in का उपयोग न करें।
2. Nature of Adzon.in
English:
Adzon.in provides an online platform that allows users to post listings and communicate with potential buyers or sellers.
Adzon.in does not ordinarily take ownership of, possess, inspect, manufacture, sell or purchase the products listed by users.
हिंदी:
Adzon.in एक online platform उपलब्ध कराता है जहाँ users listings डाल सकते हैं और संभावित buyers या sellers से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
सामान्यतः Adzon.in users द्वारा listed products का ownership, possession, inspection, manufacturing, sale या purchase नहीं करता।
3. User Responsibility
English:
Users are responsible for all information, content, listings, communications and transactions made through their account.
Users must provide truthful, accurate and non-misleading information.
हिंदी:
अपने account से की गई सभी listings, information, communications और transactions के लिए user स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।
User को सही, accurate और non-misleading information देनी होगी।
4. Seller Responsibility
English:
A seller is solely responsible for:
- Ownership of the listed product;
- Accuracy of the listing;
- Product condition and quality;
- Authenticity;
- Price;
- Availability;
- Required documents;
- Compliance with applicable laws;
- Delivery or handover;
- Warranty/guarantee, if offered;
- Return/refund commitments, if offered.
हिंदी:
Seller निम्नलिखित के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा:
- Listed product की ownership;
- Listing की accuracy;
- Product की condition और quality;
- Authenticity;
- Price;
- Availability;
- आवश्यक documents;
- Applicable laws का पालन;
- Delivery या handover;
- यदि दी गई हो तो warranty/guarantee;
- यदि दी गई हो तो return/refund की जिम्मेदारी।
5. Buyer Responsibility
English:
Buyers must conduct their own due diligence before purchasing any product or making any payment.
Adzon.in strongly recommends that buyers verify the seller, inspect the product where possible, verify documents and avoid making payments without adequate verification.
हिंदी:
Buyer को किसी product को खरीदने या payment करने से पहले स्वयं उचित जांच करनी चाहिए।
Adzon.in buyer को सलाह देता है कि seller की पहचान verify करें, संभव होने पर product को स्वयं inspect करें, documents verify करें और उचित verification के बिना payment न करें।
6. Transactions Between Users
English:
All negotiations, agreements and transactions between buyers and sellers are entered into voluntarily by the respective users.
Adzon.in is not a party to such private transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.
हिंदी:
Buyer और seller के बीच सभी negotiations, agreements और transactions संबंधित users की अपनी इच्छा और जिम्मेदारी पर होते हैं।
जब तक स्पष्ट रूप से अलग न बताया गया हो, Adzon.in ऐसे private transaction का party नहीं है।
7. Payments
English:
Unless Adzon.in expressly provides a payment service for a particular transaction, payments are made directly between users at their own risk.
Adzon.in does not guarantee payment by a buyer or delivery/refund by a seller.
हिंदी:
जब तक Adzon.in किसी particular transaction के लिए स्वयं payment service उपलब्ध न कराए, payment buyer और seller के बीच उनकी अपनी जिम्मेदारी पर होगी।
Adzon.in buyer की payment या seller की delivery/refund की guarantee नहीं देता।
8. Fraud and Misrepresentation
English:
Users must not post false, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive listings or impersonate another person.
Any suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to Adzon.in. Adzon.in may investigate, restrict, remove or suspend content/accounts as permitted by law.
हिंदी:
User कोई false, fraudulent, misleading या deceptive listing नहीं डाल सकता और किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की impersonation नहीं कर सकता।
किसी suspected fraud की सूचना Adzon.in को दी जा सकती है। कानून के अनुसार Adzon.in content/account को investigate, restrict, remove या suspend कर सकता है।
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use Adzon.in for:
- Illegal goods or services;
- Stolen property;
- Fraud or cheating;
- Fake documents;
- Counterfeit products;
- Money laundering;
- Harassment or threats;
- Pornographic/sexually exploitative content;
- Hate or unlawful content;
- Spam;
- Malware or malicious activity;
- Any activity prohibited by applicable law.
10. प्रतिबंधित गतिविधियाँ
User Adzon.in का उपयोग निम्न के लिए नहीं कर सकता:
- Illegal goods/services;
- चोरी का सामान;
- Fraud या cheating;
- Fake documents;
- Counterfeit products;
- Money laundering;
- Harassment या threats;
- Pornographic/sexually exploitative content;
- Hate या unlawful content;
- Spam;
- Malware या malicious activity;
- Applicable law के विरुद्ध कोई भी activity।
11. Listing Removal
English:
Adzon.in may remove, disable or restrict a listing where it reasonably believes that the listing violates these Terms, applicable law, safety requirements or platform policies, or where removal is otherwise required by law.
हिंदी:
यदि Adzon.in को उचित रूप से लगता है कि कोई listing इन Terms, applicable law, safety requirements या platform policies का उल्लंघन करती है, या कानून के तहत removal आवश्यक है, तो Adzon.in उस listing को remove, disable या restrict कर सकता है।
12. Account Suspension
Adzon.in may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where permitted by law, including for fraud, repeated violations, misleading information, prohibited listings or misuse of the platform.
13. Intellectual Property
Users must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal rights.
By uploading content, the user represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to upload it.
14. Disclaimer
English:
Listings are generally created by users. Adzon.in does not warrant that every listing is accurate, complete, authentic, available, safe or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adzon.in disclaims liability for losses arising from user-to-user transactions, including fraud, defective products, inaccurate descriptions, non-delivery, non-payment, disputes or breach of agreement by another user.
हिंदी:
Listings सामान्यतः users द्वारा बनाई जाती हैं। Adzon.in यह guarantee नहीं देता कि हर listing accurate, complete, authentic, available, safe या किसी particular purpose के लिए suitable होगी।
Applicable law द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, user-to-user transactions से होने वाले नुकसान—जैसे fraud, defective product, गलत description, non-delivery, non-payment, dispute या दूसरे user द्वारा agreement breach—के लिए Adzon.in जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, Adzon.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or other losses arising from transactions between users, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnity
English:
To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Adzon.in and its owner from claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from the user's unlawful conduct, misleading listing, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.
हिंदी:
कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, user अपने unlawful conduct, misleading listing, इन Terms के उल्लंघन या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के अधिकारों के infringement के कारण उत्पन्न claims, losses, liabilities, damages या expenses के संबंध में Adzon.in और उसके owner को indemnify और hold harmless करने के लिए सहमत होता है।
17. Changes to Terms
Adzon.in may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory legal rights available to users.
